Our Work
Purpose: To advance open source knowledge necessary for good DAOing in an engaging way so that more communities actualize their unique potential to appreciate Life.
Project: To build an open source Community DAO Knowledge Commons Library that curates information, tools, maps, interviews, data, and other learning instruments for the purpose of supporting communities interested in DAOing.
Purpose: To discover and address DAO capability gaps.
Project: Develop purpose-built solutions for the emergent needs of the DAO ecosystem.
Purpose: To create digital-and-physical on-ramps for generations of new blockchain users in a way that inspires so that more communities benefit from the potential of blockchain.
Project: Co-creating educational solutions that help the neophyte become adept in web3.

Christopher
@PYTHAGOREAN
Christopher is co-founder and executive director of Regenerating Sonora, a nonprofit focused on place based community development. Prior to this, he spent 12 years in SaaS and helped shape culture and business development processes as an early employee of a tech startup, turned billion dollar company. Christopher is a board member of The Center for Shamanic Education and Exchange and is a student and practitioner of various wisdom traditions.

Evan
@CIPHER
Evan is a practitioner and artist living in Michigan. Previously he led Business Development at a software company named the “#1 World’s Fastest Growing Company” by Fortune in 2020. He is the creator of the In Service of Life podcast, sensemaking101.com, a spoken word artist, and a member of the web3:4Life guild.
Evan earned a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies and holds a Masters of Public Policy degree from UT Dallas. His continuing education includes classes and certifications from some of the top regenerative design, consulting, and human development schools as well as practice in indigenous wisdom traditions.

Kathi
@Kathi
Kathi is a designer and artist who weaves together regenerative design, living systems thinking, engineering, and strategy methods with art, psychospiritual and embodiment practices to address present-day challenges and uncover potential for transformation. She is devoted to the regeneration of people and the environment, through new and age-old means. She has consulted with organizations across industries to identify, explore, design, and pilot new ventures. She has served as an Adjunct Faculty member in the da Vinci Center for Innovation at Virginia Commonwealth University where she worked with undergraduate and graduate students to apply principles of research, human-and-planet-centered-design, experimentation, strategy, and entrepreneurship to early-stage ideas. As an engineer, she has also worked in new product development and R&D for W. L. Gore & Associates.
She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons The New School for Design, and is pursuing an M.A. in East West Psychology at The California Institute of Integral Studies.

Randall
@RANDALL
Randall is an early explorer of UI and database technology while solving for small-business workflow and accounting applications; cryptography at PGP circa 1999, and distributed computing at Yahoo. He’s inspired to connect people in dynamic human process with value-aligned purposes, connecting and blurring the lines between the various roles people want to play in the many organizations of the future.
